I recently stayed at Grande Centre Point Space, and it was an excellent option for families with kids of all ages. The hotel offers a range of activities and amenities specifically designed for children and Teens ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable stay. I didn’t see my kids all day which allowed me time to go to the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service and understanding shown by the staff during a stressful situation. My daughter, who has eczema, experienced a severe flare-up, and we needed to return to Bangkok urgently to see her doctor. Despite the last minute change in our plans, the hotel manager was incredibly accommodating. She accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we didn't stay, showing genuine empathy and concern for our situation. I would like to thank their Manager “Chalermwan Oramai -Grape” she constantly kept of checking on my daughter’s situation showing her genuine care and concern. Their flexibility and kindness made a difficult time much easier for our family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend Grande Centre Point Space for their outstanding service, customer care, and family-friendly environment.

An Exceptional Stay – Truly a 10/10! Our recent stay at Grande Centre Point space Pattaya was absolutely exceptional, easily deserving a perfect 10-star rating. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the super comfortable and well-appointed room, everything in the room is very high standard and the bed is super comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The food and facilities were simply amazing, offering a fantastic variety and top-notch quality that exceeded our expectations. The hotel's excellent location was another huge plus, being conveniently close to both the mall and the beach. We did have a small incident where our toddler son had a minor injury while playing in the kids' club. However, the staff's response was nothing short of incredible. They were super attentive, immediately provided first aid on the spot, and did everything possible to ensure he was alright. Their professionalism and care truly stood out during a moment of concern. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough and eagerly anticipate our next visit!

The two main issues I had were no bar with alcohol (easily solved with tops daily outside, but was hoping rooftop experience would provide that). The smaller kids club could be with more physical stuff like slides if had room for it :), Also, I suppose they count on them getting tired at pool, which they did.

The hotel theme space was thoughtful. Its definately going for the Las Vegas / Macau theme hotel vibe. Lots of neat touches like elevators as space capsules, room ceiling night star and aura. Automatic air condition shut off once you open the balcony window. Complimentary ice and water. Its about 15 minutes walk to the nearest mall. There is a public tuk tuk that makes rounds to the nearest public Pattaya Beach, the Festival Central Mall and Marina for Baht 20 per person. The dinner buffet and bteakfadt excellent, very clean rooms.

It was a lovely hotel. Breakfast was fantastic although super busy so go earlier rather than later. There was a huge range. The water park was a huge attraction with free entry included with hotel room. The kids loved it
