Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya

I recently stayed at Grande Centre Point Space, and it was an excellent option for families with kids of all ages. The hotel offers a range of activities and amenities specifically designed for children and Teens ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable stay. I didn’t see my kids all day which allowed me time to go to the spa. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern amenities and comfortable accommodations. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service and understanding shown by the staff during a stressful situation. My daughter, who has eczema, experienced a severe flare-up, and we needed to return to Bangkok urgently to see her doctor. Despite the last minute change in our plans, the hotel manager was incredibly accommodating. She accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we didn't stay, showing genuine empathy and concern for our situation. I would like to thank their Manager “Chalermwan Oramai -Grape” she constantly kept of checking on my daughter’s situation showing her genuine care and concern. Their flexibility and kindness made a difficult time much easier for our family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend Grande Centre Point Space for their outstanding service, customer care, and family-friendly environment.

Wonderful hotel and water park. We're really enjoyed it.

This place was amazing, great family fun mostly in the pool area, the kids club was nice but better if you have a bit older children, the space theme is unique and the kids enjoyed it and breakfast buffet was great with alot of options. The two main issues I had were no bar with alcohol (easily solved with tops daily outside, but was hoping rooftop experience would provide that). The smaller kids club could be with more physical stuff like slides if had room for it :), Also, I suppose they count on them getting tired at pool, which they did.

It was a lovely hotel. Breakfast was fantastic although super busy so go earlier rather than later. There was a huge range. The water park was a huge attraction with free entry included with hotel room. The kids loved it
